Wednesday 8th February 2012. Cambridgeshire Mobile Library visits Spaldwick (High Street, opposite The George), 11.20-11.35am.
Friday 10th February 2012. Spaldwick Escape Youth Night, Spaldwick School, 7-9pm.
Saturday 11th February 2012. Valentines Ball organised by Spaldwick Social Group, at Alconbury Memorial Hall. From 7pm to midnight.
Sunday 19th February 2012. Family Service, 4.30pm at St James Church, Spaldwick.
Please join us for a short service followed by refreshments. With Valentines day this month we will ask ‘how much does God love us’ and ‘how did Jesus show his love’? Please bring used stamps as we will be collecting these to raise funds for The Leprosy Mission.
Thursday 23rd February 2012. Spaldwick Parish Council meeting, Spaldwick School Community Room, 8pm. The agenda can be viewed here three days before the meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Friday 24th February 2012. Spaldwick Escape Youth Night, Spaldwick School, 7-9pm.
Monday 27th February 2012. Spaldwick Open House, at the home of Liz McCue, 10 Ivy Way, Spaldwick. From 1.30pm until 3.30pm. Please do come along for drinks and cakes and a chat about life, the universe and everything!

Friday 9th March 2012. Spaldwick Escape Youth Night, Spaldwick School, 7-9pm.
Saturday 10th March 2012. Bingo night, 5pm – 7pm at Spaldwick School Hall, to raise funds for St James Church, Spaldwick. We invite you to share a fun evening playing Bingo and being entertained with other activities – a table quiz or challenge! For the price of a ticket you can enjoy a ‘High Tea’ of sandwiches and cakes with tea/coffee or squash. Ticket prices: Family(2+2) £7, Adult £3, Child £1 and Senior Citizen £2. Tickets available from Amba Harbour or Julia Rutherford.

Wednesday 21st March. Open church meeting 8pm at Threeways, High Street, Spaldwick. This is for anyone in the village interested in keeping Spaldwick Church alive and active in our community. Please come and join us to chat about plans and ideas, anyone welcome.

Saturday 14th April 2012. Easter Show. It’s time for you to show off your hidden talents. Spaldwick Church will be holding Spaldwick’s first Easter Show. There will be displays of local work, local history and some stalls. Most importantly lots of competitions for you to enter such as photography, art, crafts and homemade fayre. There will be categories for children and adults. On the day you will be able to see entrants judged and enjoy refreshments and other activities.
