The Magic of the Musicals – a concert for charity – was held on Saturday 23rd October 2010, and was a spectacular success. The music and singing were to an extremely high standard. The event, held at the Lewis Theatre, Kimbolton Castle, presented a selection of well-known songs from West End musicals. Singing were Kate Roberts, Helen Patching, Nathan Taylor and Stephen Weller. The band included Spaldwick’s very own Mark Hunter (on drums), and the show was very successfully directed by Lisa Hunter. Funds were raised for Spaldwick Playtimes Playgroup and other good causes.
