“Recently whilst walking our dogs in the field adjacent to Stow Road (the church field) we noticed a very strong smell of fuel and have seen an oily residue within the puddles. We are concerned someone’s oil tank is leaking into the field. As this is a potential hazard to dogs and humans, please check your oil tank for leaks.”
