It is fantastic to see that work is well underway by Richard Johnson Restorations of Somersham to restore Manor Farm House in Spaldwick. Manor Farm is a timber-framed and tiled house with projecting upper storey along the street front. It was probably built about 1628, when the manor was granted to Henry, Earl of Manchester.

To date, the outside rendering has been removed, and a great deal of work has been undertaken on the garden, as shown in the photos below. We look forward to talking to Richard Johnson to find out more.
