We believe this merger will be of great benefit to both groups and trust that you will bear with us through these first few months of transition. This change means that we will only have one Committee, and all invoices will now be issued by Jacqui Dawson, the joint administrator.
All outstanding invoices for S Club prior to 1st September 2014 need to be paid into the S Club bank account as soon as possible. New S Club invoices will be sent out shortly for September with the new bank details.
Playtimes/S Club will be holding its AGM on Wednesday 1st October 2014 at 2.30pm. All are welcome to come along and join the new Committee as we need parents to get involved and help shape the future of Playtimes. This is vital to ensure the future availability of both playgroup and out-of-school care facilities.
We will be holding a competition for families to name the new setting so watch this space!
