Minutes of the recent (February 2011) meeting of the Spaldwick Parish Council are now available. Items discussed include: the Spaldwick Village Hall. David Henrick has agreed to be treasurer the construction of a new footpath in High Street, Spaldwick. Hopefully, work will commence by the end of the financial year.
At the Ellington Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 10th January, the Parish Council recommended that Huntingdonshire District Council refuse the application for a wind farm of four turbines on Woolley Hill. Separately, Spaldwick Parish Council recommended approval of the scheme, subject to a number of caveats.
